This was my first time using Cooper Automotive for car servicing (logbook service) and I couldn't be happier not recommend them more highly.
I was greeted by the super friendly staff on arrival, they called to let me know my car was ready earlier than expected and when I collected the car I was given clear, polite and detailed information about the work they'd done and what I needed to keep an eye on in the coming months, which is a really great 'added feature'.
They even fixed something that need doing and didn't charge over the quoted amount which is so generous and not like other automotive businesses I've used in the past where there has always been a surprise upon collection.
They washed and vacuumed my car too which is a really nice touch.
Pierre was so friendly and genuine; no jargon, no treating you like you were an irresponsible car owner which I've experienced serveral times with other businesses.
They clearly have a rock-solid customer service policy that is totally client-focused and genuinely care about their business and customers.
This can only lead to satisfied clients who want to give repeat business and recommend them to others, which is exactly what I'll do. Couldn't be happier.
Oh and the original inquiry I made was responded to within an hour (I requested a quote online) in a very friendly and professional manner.
